“ Came for brunch but missed the time cut off (would be great if it was until 1pm) Decided to stay for a Sunday roast. The portions are hearty and everything actually tastes as good as it looks. The Yorkshire pudding is huge, the mash is silky, the veggies are cooked properly. The place itself feels really cosy, and the Christmas decorations are next level proper festive, classy spirit. Drinks served in nice glassware, service was quick, and the whole experience felt a step above the usual local roast places. Thank you ”

“ Food was excellent. Staff were very polite and friendly. The place was was buzzing. I well enjoyed it. Im not marking it down but i would have liked a chicken or meat dish to choose from in the pasta section. That is my only gripe. I understand that they may have done this consiously after consideration for other local eateries but just add 1 of each eh ! Great place to eat. Again, Denton has some top food places at good value. Ive done food in Manchester a few times in the last 6 months and im not impressed. Well know places too. I dont list them and diss them as its their livelyhood, the main reason you wont see it on my posts on here, but they are poor in compartison. Well done Vault 2 ”

“ The owners have done an incredible job with the decor. It is what I’d describe as ‘eclectic cool’! The staff are fantastic and I think the area really needed something like this as there aren’t many wine bar type places like this around and as such, it doesn’t attract riffraff! They tend to walk in out of inquisitiveness and immediately turn round and walk out again. It’s not huge inside…more ‘intimate’, but the tables aren’t crammed together. I would 100% recommend booking in advance if you are eating (and you really should), since I think there are only about 12/13 tables. The menu is absolutely perfect. Whilst not a huge menu, it is very clear that the chef and team have carefully considered their selection and absolutely mastered the dishes that they offer. Quality over quantity all day long here. It’s so good that I booked for 2 Saturday nights on the bounce! Absolutely rivals all the flashy and expensive places in Manchester City Centre. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. ”
